Returns

– Eligibility: Items must be unused, in original packaging, and returned within 7 days of delivery. 

– Non-Returnable Items: Customized products and items damaged due to improper use are not eligible for returns. 

– Process: 

1. Contact us at cargrip.in or call us at +91 82876 25770 to initiate a return.
2. Provide proof of purchase and details about the issue.
3. Ship the item back to our address (shared during the return process).

Refunds

– Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status. 

– Approval: Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days via the original payment method. 

– Shipping Costs: Return shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error. 

Exchanges
